PillBell for care services.
Home care, day centres, pharmacies, family doctors. If the people you care for take medicines at set times, PillBell can ring for them: full screen, until the dose is confirmed, even when the phone is saving battery. Your clients get it at no cost.
- No cost for your clients
- No contract, nothing to renew
- No account, no internet permission
- Android · 10 languages
What your clients get
A reminder that is hard to miss and easy to answer.
An alarm that really rings
Full screen, like an alarm clock, until the dose is confirmed. It gets through Do Not Disturb and through the battery saver on Samsung, Xiaomi and other phones. The app records every alarm, so you can check that it rang.
Simple enough for anyone
Simple mode shows one card and one big button: “I took it”. Large text, clear words, a photo of each pack. In 10 languages, so a client can use it in their own.
What your carers get
Several people on one phone
A carer who visits several clients can keep each person's medicines in their own profile on one phone. Each profile has its own reminders, history and photos.
A record you can hand over
The last 30 days at a glance: taken, skipped, missed. One tap makes a PDF list of medicines and doses for the doctor or the family. Nothing is stored online.
How it works for your organisation
Write to us
Tell us who you are, which country you work in and roughly how many clients could use it. A person replies within two working days.
You get codes for your clients
A client enters the code once in the app, and PillBell is theirs for good. No contract, no invoice, nothing to renew. New clients get a new code from you.
Set up each phone in ten minutes
Install PillBell, do the battery step for that phone, add the medicines, turn on simple mode and ring the test alarm. The guide has every step, in 10 languages.
Why is it free for your clients?
Because care services reach people we never could. Most people who take several medicines a day don't go looking for an app; someone sets it up for them. When that someone is you, PillBell ends up on the phones where it matters, and we learn how it holds up in daily care.
What we ask in return is small and not binding: tell us after a month how it went, and let us name your organisation as one that uses PillBell, if you're happy to. Nothing else. No reports, no data, no fees.
Nobody is watched.
PillBell has no permission to use the internet, so nothing about your clients leaves their phone. No account, no cloud, no tracking. Your client keeps control of their own phone and their own data. That is also why there is nothing for your organisation to register, sign or protect.
Before you decide
Better to hear it from us first.
- No live alerts to your office. Nothing leaves the phone, so PillBell can't message you when a client misses a dose. A carer sees it on the next visit, in the history.
- Android only. There is no iPhone version.
- Not a medical device. PillBell is a reminder and a personal diary. The doctor decides what is taken and when; PillBell only reminds. It doesn't calculate doses or check interactions.
Let's talk.
One e-mail is enough. Tell us about your organisation and we'll send the codes and the setup guide.
